The founder of PLANT Dr.R.T.John Suresh is also contributing his time and experience for the Academic Excellence Programmes through PLANT. He is guiding Master of Social Work students on field work assignments and other Post graduation students from other inter-disciplinary courses get his guidance for project work. he has served as a guest speaker to many national and international universities, became a Board of studies member for syllabus preparation, conducted Student project assessments, written course book and organized several seminars, workshops and conference and exposure visits and rural camps in association with colleges and universities nationally and internationally. PLANT also have conducted social and environmental surveys, policy research projects in association with Academic institutions and Research Organizations..
