Every year during the nesting period our organization taking tremendous effort to conserve the sea turtle in our Tamil nadu coast, India. Due to the climate change, presently the sea pattern has changed a lot. Many marine species are dying due to the increase heat of temperature in the sea. The arrival of sea turtle to our beach is been reduced year by year as we compare to the past. While reaching the shore, the turtles have to face lots of problems such as entangle in the fishing gears, Consume plastics, Oil spillages in the coast. After arrival, there is threat in protecting the turtle eggs due to poaching activities and other animals’ disturbance. In this situation, we create awareness and train the fishermen and other stakeholders to conserve the sea turtle in our coast to save the sea turtle and to improve its population.
